Shi
Han
- Founder and managing partner of ChinaLine, LLC, base in
Beijing. Mr. Han advised leading multinationals such as Illinois
Tool Works, The Marmon Group, Spectrum Brands, Eastman Kodak,
and Bausch & Lomb in the areas of strategic acquisition and
supply chain strategy and established some of the business
structures in China that were ground-breaking at the time and
supplier relationships that generated cost savings in the
millions of dollars.
He
is formerly a lecturer and research fellow at
Peking
University
's Department of World Economy and

and Eastern European Studies, and a research fellow at the J. F.

Biedermann
- Partner, based in Chicago. Dr. Biedermann has 35 years of

He
has served as Chairman of the Washington-based Committee for
Production Sharing and Vice Chairman of the U.S. Government's
Industry Sector Advisory Committee for Consumer Goods. Dr.
